Meet the man behind BK Athleticism 

For the best part of two decades I have trained and competed as a top level Gymnast both nationally and internationally. I also have years of Gymnastics coaching experience. And more recently coaching high level Irish Dancers as part of my natural transition into the fitness community. 

During this time, I have accumulated a vast knowledge in calisthenics, body weight training and flexibility. This makes my program a must have for those who:

  • are time constrained and find it more convenient to exercise from home 
  • prefer more functional, core based workouts 
  • would like to increase their flexibility and mobility
  • who would like to transition into Gymnastic related holds such as handstands and planches
